LELAND RAY PRITCHARD 1946 – 2024 Leland Ray Pritchard age 77 of Plattsmouth, NE peacefully passed away on Friday, February 2, 2024 at the Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, NE. He was born on February 25, 1946 to Harvey Ray Pritchard and Evelyn Irene (Gerdes) Pritchard in Plattsmouth. Leland was raised and schooled in Plattsmouth and he graduated from Plattsmouth High School with the class of 1965. Leland went on to meet the love of his life Frances Anne Kildare and they later married on May 19, 1979 in Papillion, NE. Leland was a member of Lepert Wolever V.F.W. Post #2543 in Plattsmouth. He is survived by his two daughters: Angela Wilken of Omaha, NE and Jamie Pritchard of Plattsmouth, NE; two sons: Curt Pritchard and his wife Jessica of Omaha, NE and Clint Pritchard and his wife Courtney of Harlan, IA; seven grandchildren: Corey Wilken, Caleb Wilken, Chelsea Wilken, Elliet Pritchard, Easton Pritchard, Brooks Pritchard, and Charlie Pritchard; his brother: Kenneth Pritchard and his wife Marlene of Garner, AR; his sister: Karen Wraalstad of Dousman, WI; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents: Harvey Pritchard and Evelyn Pritchard-Newburn, his brother: Galen Pritchard, his wife: Frances Pritchard, his sister: Peggy Hardin, and his brother-in-law: Michael Wraalstad. Visitations will be held from 1:00 to 8:00 P.M., with the family greeting relatives and friends from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M., on Wednesday, February 7, 2024 at Roby Funeral Home in Plattsmouth. A Funeral Service will be held at 10:30 A.M., Thursday, February 8, 2024 at Roby Funeral Home with Pastor Michael Lincoln officiating. The Pallbearers will be Curt Pritchard, Clint Pritchard, Kevin Hamele, Chad Hamele, Doug Anderson, and Brad Singer. The Honorary Pallbearers will be Leland’s grandchildren: Corey Wilken, Caleb Wilken, Chelsea Wilken, Elliet Pritchard, Easton Pritchard, Brooks Pritchard, and Charlie Pritchard. His Final Resting Place will be at Oak Hill Cemetery in Plattsmouth. Military Rites will be conducted by the Nebraska Army National Guard, Military Funeral Honor Guard.
