PATTI JANE POINTER 1956 – 2013 Patti Jane Pointer Age 56 of Plattsmouth, NE passed away on Monday, November 11, 2013 at Immanuel Medical Center in Omaha, NE. Patti was born on November 20, 1956 to Raymond Blueford and Betty Jean (Wood) Pointer in Corpus Christi, Texas. She was raised and schooled in Plattsmouth, NE. Patti attended and graduated from Plattsmouth High School with the class of 1975. She began working in 1971, while she was still in high school, for Tom Soloman at Mom's Cafe, Riverside Drive Inn, and the Barracks until 1984. In 1985 she began working at Gene's Service & Sport Center as a sales clerk until just a few days before her passing. Patti is a lifelong Plattsmouth resident. Patti was a member of Lepert Wolever V.F.W. Post #2543 Auxiliary of Plattsmouth, Nebraska. She is survived by her Six Sisters: Sandy Scheer of Bellevue, NE, Linda Pointer of Omaha, NE, Cheryl Kubicek & husband Dave of Lincoln, NE, Michael Levermann of Plattsmouth, NE, Raylene Frazier & husband Scott of Plattsmouth, NE, Mary Levermann & husband David of Glenwood, IA, Twelve Nieces & Nephews: Tyler Levermann & wife Jolina & their son Nolan of Glenwood, IA, Jason Levermann & wife Kayla & their son Gavin of Glenwood, IA, Heather Weaver & husband Allen & their children Caleb & Ali of Plattsmouth, NE, Andrew Frazier & wife Stacia of Kansas City, MO, Connie Levermann of Omaha, NE, Tony Levermann & wife Kortni & their son Braedon of Council Bluffs, IA, Sean Kubicek of Lincoln, NE, Jennifer Pointer of Omaha, NE, Jamie Chambers & husband Chris & their daughter Adelina of Omaha, NE, Sander Scheer & wife Valerie & their children Laina, Kayla, & Josh of Plattsmouth, NE, Suna Russell & her sons Christopher & Daniel of Greensboro, NC, Jackie Pointer of Greensboro, NC, Numerous Cousins, and Friends. She was preceded in death by her Parents: Ray and Betty Pointer, Two Sisters: Connie Rae Pointer and Debbie Kay Pointer, and Brother: David Lee Pointer. Memorial Service will be held at 10:30 A.M., Thursday, November 14, 2013 at Living Water Church in Plattsmouth, NE with Dr. Allan Wooters officiating and the Living Water Church Worship Team providing comfort in music. Visitations will be from 1-9 PM with family receiving relatives and friends from 6-8 PM, Wednesday, November 13, 2013 at Roby Funeral Home in Plattsmouth. Honorary Pallbearers will be Patti's Nieces and Nephews. Interment is at Oak Hill Cemetery in Plattsmouth, Nebraska. The Family suggests Memorials to Plattsmouth Food Pantry and/or Living Water Church both of Plattsmouth, Nebraska.
