MIRIAN KAY WILLIAMS 1945 – 2019 Mirian Kay Williams “Katie” age 74 of Plattsmouth, NE passed away on Saturday, July 20, 2019 at the Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha. Katie was born on June 26, 1945 to Robert “Bob” Chester and Kathryn Elinor (Cook) Judd in Toledo, OH. She was raised and schooled in Elkhart, IN and graduated from Elkhart High School with the class of 1966. Katie met John Wiley Williams Jr. and were married on May 25, 1968 in Elkhart. Katie was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and homemaker. She was considered an angel by her family and friends. She was a member of the Plattsmouth Church of Christ. She is survived by her husband: John Williams Jr., daughter: Charlotte and husband John Albers, son: John Williams III and wife Flora, five grandchildren: Zane, Cade, Ryder, Chayton, and Shayna Williams all of Plattsmouth, NE. She is also survived by her two sisters: Janet Michalski-Creekmore of Princeton, IN, Wendy Curto and husband Gary of Speedway, IN, sister-in-law: Jill Judd of Boise, ID, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. Katie was preceded in death by her father: Robert Judd, mother: Kathryn Michalski, step-father: Leon Michalski, brother: Gary Judd, and sister: Sharon Kwilinski. A Visitation will be held at 2:00 P.M., Thursday, July 25, 2019 at the Plattsmouth Church of Christ, 520 Chicago Avenue. A Memorial Service will follow at 3:00 P.M. with Russ Hopwood officiating. Katie will be laid to rest at Omaha National Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in her honor to the Church of Christ Ministries and Outreach Programs.
