PATRICIA ANN DAVEY 1933 – 2022 Patricia Ann (Mason) Davey age 88 of Bellevue, NE formerly of Plattsmouth, NE passed away on Tuesday, May 17, 2022 at the Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, NE. Patricia was born on September 10, 1933 to Bert Sylvester and Gertrude Ann (Yonko) Mason in Crete, NE. When she was young, her and her family moved to Plattsmouth, NE. She graduated from Plattsmouth High School with the class of 1951. After graduating from high school, she worked at Mutual of Omaha for seven years. In the summer of 1955, Patricia met the love of her life, Leonard Melvin Davey Jr. and they were later married on August 17, 1957 in Plattsmouth, NE and made their home in Plattsmouth. Patricia and Leonard brought their only son, Mark, into the world in May of 1958. Patricia was a dedicated and loving mother, wife, and homemaker until in 1968 when she went back to work as a livestock insurance agent at Stockyards Insurance Agency. Later, Patricia worked at Van Gilliam Insurance until she retired after selling insurance for thirty-five years. She is survived by her husband: Leonard Davey Jr. of Bellevue, NE; her son: Mark Davey and his wife Mary Beth of Bellevue, NE; two granddaughters: Kylene Davey of Bellevue, NE; Katie Good and her husband Dan of Omaha, NE; and numerous cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents: Bert and Gertrude Mason. Visitations will be held from 1:00 to 5:00 P.M., Sunday, May 22, 2022 at Roby Funeral Home in Plattsmouth, NE. A Rosary Service will be held at 7:00 P.M., Sunday, May 22, 2022 at the Church of the Holy Spirit in Plattsmouth, NE. A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 A.M., on Monday, May 23, 2022 at the Church of the Holy Spirit in Plattsmouth, NE with Father Michael Houlihan officiating and Terry Little as the vocalist. The Pallbearers will be John Begley, Dan Good, Mark Davey, Steve Frans, Dan Whalen and Don Bowser. Her Final Resting Place will be at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery in Plattsmouth, NE.
