THOMAS WILLIAM FARRY Jr. 1941 - 2014 Thomas William Farry Jr. age 72 of Plattsmouth, NE passed away on Thursday, February 27, 2014 at his residence. Thomas was born on August 22, 1941 to Thomas William Sr. and Beatrice Charlotte (LeComte) Farry in Cleveland, Ohio. He was raised and schooled in Cleveland and graduated from St. Edwards High School with the class of 1939. After high school, he attended college for two years. Then Tom worked as a wholesale buyer of Republic Steel in Cleveland and later in Ann Arbor, MI. Then he owned and operated an auto shop and worked as a mechanic. In 1991, he moved to Bellevue, NE and worked at a gas station. Then he worked at an apartment complex in the maintenance department. Tom moved to Plattsmouth in 1999 and he retired in 2001. Thomas was a member of Church of The Holy Spirit in Plattsmouth. Tom is survived by his two sisters: Shirley Rotundo and husband Anthony of Plattsmouth, NE, Kathleen Dahl and husband Steven of Brooklyn Park, OH, and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents: Thomas Sr. and Beatrice Farry. A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 A.M., Tuesday, March 4, 2014 at Church of The Holy Spirit in Plattsmouth, NE with Father Loras K. Grell officiating, Mary Lou Salazar as lector, Tony Salazar as acolyte, and Terry Little as vocalist. A Rosary Service will be held at 7:00 P.M., Monday, March 3, 2014 at Church of The Holy Spirit in Plattsmouth, NE with Father Loras K. Grell officiating. Visitations will be held from 6:00 – 7:00 P.M., Monday, March 3, 2014 at Church of The Holy Spirit in Plattsmouth. The Pallbearers will be Rick Anthony Rotundo, Thomas D. Rotundo, Matthew S. Rotundo, Steve Pacholski, Steven Dahl, and Patrick Campbell. Interment will be at St. John's Cemetery in Bellevue, NE. The family suggests Memorials for Masses and/or Family's Choice.
