ELIZABETH ANN THOMPSON 1973 – 2019 Elizabeth “Liz” Ann (Bousselot) Thompson, age 45, of Plattsmouth, NE unexpectedly passed away on Tuesday, October 29, 2019 in Omaha, NE. She was born on November 8, 1973 to Jack Jule and Patricia Ann (Till) Bousselot in Tecumseh, NE. Liz was raised and schooled in Adams, NE and she graduated from Northeast High School in Lincoln with the class of 1992. She had owned and operated Lizzy’s Corner Boutique in Plattsmouth and she worked at Paycor in Omaha as a territorial sales rep at the time of her death. Liz and Jay made their home in Plattsmouth. Liz was the most loving, open and caring person, and she had a beautiful soul. Biggest smile and had open arms for anyone that needed it. A truly amazing woman inside and out. Always was there for anyone. Loved her kids and loved Jay to no end. Liz is survived by her significant other: Jay Olson of Plattsmouth, NE; daughter: Bailey Thompson and significant other Tyler Martin of Omaha, NE; son: Samuel “Sam” Thompson of Omaha, NE; mother: Patricia Bousselot of Lincoln, NE; two sisters: Angie Medow and husband Kevin of Utica, NE; Susie Heiliger and husband Brad of Lincoln, NE; brother: Mike Bousselot and wife Christie of San Antonio, TX; ten nieces and nephews: Katherine Medow, Sarah Reining and husband John, Clare Medow, Chris Medow, Ben Heiliger, Emma Heiliger, Joseph Bousselot, Patrick Bousselot, Alexandria Blevins and husband Zach, Thomas Bousselot; Bailey and Sam’s father: Scott Thompson of Plattsmouth, NE; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends. She was preceded in death by her grandparents: Elmer and Marjorie Till and Elmer and Gertrude Bousselot, and her father: Jack Bousselot. A Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M., on Friday, November 1, 2019 at Roby Funeral Home in Plattsmouth. A Funeral Service will be held at 10:30 A.M., Saturday, November 2, 2019 at Church of the Holy Spirit in Plattsmouth with Father Michael Houlihan and Pastor Emily Johnson officiating and Terry Little as vocalist. The Pallbearers will be Joseph Bousselot, Mike Bousselot, Christopher Medow, Ben Heiliger, and Samuel Thompson.
