KATHLEEN PATRICIA MOHR 1920 – 2014 Kathleen "Pat" Patricia (Cloidt) Mohr age 93 of Plattsmouth, NE passed away on Saturday, June 21, 2014 at Alegent Midlands Community Hospital in Papillion, NE. Pat was born on October 11, 1920 to August "Gus" William and Pearl (Moore) Cloidt in Plattsmouth, NE. She was raised and schooled in Plattsmouth and attended grade school at St. John's School in Plattsmouth. She graduated from Plattsmouth High School with the class of 1938. After high school, Pat attended Creighton Memorial St. Joseph's Hospital School of Nursing where she graduated with a degree in Nursing in 1941. She met the love of her life Arthur Henry Mohr of La Platte, NE and they were later married on February 2, 1944 in Plattsmouth, NE. To this union three children were born, Marilyn, William, and Margaret Ann. Pat was a stay at home mom until her children were raised, then she returned to her nursing profession and worked as the Director of Nursing at the Plattsmouth Manor for ten years. Then she worked at the Glenwood State School in Glenwood, IA until she retired in 1982. She enjoyed various activities at her church and pursued her love of quilting and travel. She was member of the Church of The Holy Spirit, Catholic Daughters, and the P.C.C.W. all of Plattsmouth, NE. Pat is survived by her son: William Mohr of Bellevue, NE, two daughters: Marilyn Brown and husband Ron of Tucson, AZ, Margaret Ann Frederking of Omaha, NE, seven grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, sister-in-law: Lavina Troop Narvaez of Richmond, CA, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends. Pat was preceded in death by her parents: Gus and Pearl Cloidt, husband Arthur Mohr, brother: William Cloidt, sister: Nadine (Cloidt) Fitch, son-in-law: Larry Frederking, and friend: Rex Miller. A Memorial Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 A.M., Friday, July 18, 2014 at Church of The Holy Spirit in Plattsmouth, NE with Father Michael Ventre officiating, Diane Ulrich as lector, Jim Ulrich as acolyte, and Terry Little as vocalist. A Rosary will be held at 7:00 P.M., Thursday, July 17, 2014 at Church of The Holy Spirit in Plattsmouth. Visitations will be held from 1-5 P.M., Thursday, July 17, 2014 at Roby Funeral Home in Plattsmouth. Final Resting Place will be at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Plattsmouth, NE. The family suggests memorials to St. John School and/or Plattsmouth Fire and Rescue.
