In a highly emotional time for our family, we would like to thank Roby for making this process understandable and easy. Each step of this process was done with our wishes, and the wishes of Tom. For all the unknowns we faced, they provided options that met all our needs. Your personal touches with Tom as he was taken from his home to be cremated was priceless for our grieving family. The urn they helped us fine was perfect. At the viewing, Roby was there anytime we needed and provided all the equipment. This created a very enjoyable experience. Irish music, which was Tom's favorite, was played in the background. A TV was set up to display pictures of Tom's life. Again, we so appreciated everything you did for us.
